Alta Capital TOV main business is Investment Consulting. We support foreign investors coming to Ukrainian market as well as Ukrainian companies going abroad for investments, and facilitate mergers & acquisitions transactions. We prepare companies for IPOs on large exchanges such as PFTS, Warsaw, Stockholm, Toronto, London, New York. We create real estate development concepts and help to implement them. We undertake market, legal and strategic researches, and search for acquisition targets, both businesses and real estate. We also practice small-scale private equity investment in commercial real estate throughout Ukraine and encourage you to do the same!
